Key Number for Activation missing


Hello,
I just downloaded SmartScore and want to activate it.
But the activator asked me for a "Key Number".
Where can I find this number? Because I only have bought the download version.

When you purchased it you should have received an email from Musitek, mine was from [email protected], listing your ID number and serial etc.

Look in your junk folders etc.

Thanks for you answer.
I got an email with my Customer ID and my Serial.
But the activator asked for a "Key Number for SmartScore X2" and a serial number.

I tested it with the Customer ID, but didn't work emoticon

As you can see this forum is lightly travelled so if you haven't done so or solved your problem you will have to contact Musitek support to get this sorted out.

Musitek does not actively monitor this forum.

It is soooooo stupid!
Because I don't get any answer from any emailadresses from Musitek, I installed SmartScore on Windows as English Version.
And what can I see? The fields in the german form are named wrong AND they are in the wrong sequence!
I can't believe that!

I typed the Serial Number into the filed "Key Nummer"
and the Customer ID into the field "Serien Nummer" and now it works!

For all who have the same problem...
