When I need SmartScore, I will have to reboot onto that drive, and do my work, there. It works, but it is less than ideal. I wish tech support would work on a patch, rather than making us wait for the upgrade.nondisclosed_email@example.com (mikey12045)Sat, 27 Oct 2018 07:28:26 +0000 Re: Important alert for Mac usershttps://bsmartscoreusertechresources.runboard.com/p215353,from=rss#post215353https://bsmartscoreusertechresources.runboard.com/p215353,from=rss#post215353mikey12045 wrote: quote:I recently upgraded to Mojave, and ran into a MAJOR problem. Tech support tells me that they are aware of it, but no patches will be issued. It has been addressed in the 64-bit rewrite of the app, but no information on when that might be. I’m not happy, but there it is. We have had a few, but not all, SmartScore users running Mojave with this issue. It is possible there is a conflicting program running simultaneously or in the background. There will not be a fix until SmartScore 74 is released next year. NOTE: We do know that Microsoft Word for Mac may sometimes conflict and slow SmartScore.
