Printing Problem - Not Centered Vertically


When printing, there is about a 2 inch margin at the top, and the bottom system is cut off.

Everything looks good in print preview. I don't think it's a printer problem, as I tried to save to PDF and the PDF is also generated with this same issue. I've adjusted everything I could, still looks good in print preview.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

I've moved vertical tabs around and changed paper types and all that happens is that document moves as expected and this usually means it flows into the next sheet(s).

Have you tried a different SmartScore document? Perhaps, making one from scratch as a new document and entering a title and a couple of measures. This would eliminate any obscure happenings related to scanning a document (if that's what you did).

I assume other applications don't suffer from this problem.

You could try the usual computer solution when things are screwy and that is to uninstall and reinstall the application. I assume the computer has been rebooted at least once since SmartScore was installed.

This forum doesn't have a lot of active participants and Musitek only visits infrequently.If you remain stuck, I suggest you open a support ticket with Musitek - [email protected] and be sure to attach the offending .enf file.

Thanks for the tips. Creating a new ENF file from scratch was a great idea. Still had the problem, but it did eliminate the scanning process as a possible cause.

I took your suggestion and reinstalled but no luck either. I am running on a MAC, I'm going to find a Windows PC I can install there.

I'm waiting for a response from tech support. Hopefully I'll hear back soon.....
