fermata
the effect a fremata has on a note duration does not end with the associated note. The duration continues after the associated note and adds to any following fermatas slowing the entire score. Ater a couple of fermatas it slows almost to a stop.

Re: fermata
I don't believe my installation is doing that (SS Pro, Windows 10).
Have you looked at the fermata settings with the large arrow properties tool?

Tom,
Could you please add your computer OS and SmartScore version to your signature, as Zoots and I have done?
Go to your Control Panel > Miscellaneous Settings > Forum Signature
