Crashing When Saving as XML
Hello, I have been trying to save a scan as an XML to edit in Finale, but the software is crashing every time I try to save. I can name the file and choose the location to save, but then the progress bar pops up, stays at 0:00 for a few seconds, and then the program crashes. I have tried this on both of my devices which have Smartscore registered, and have tried saving the file in multiple locations on both computers with the same results. I never encountered this issue using the free lite version that came with Finale, and am only now unable to actually use this feature of Finale now that I have purchased the full version. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I need to use this feature ASAP. Thank you for your time.

It sounds like you may be missing a step.
Scan as a PDF.
"Recognize" the scan, which you then save as an ENF.
In SmartScore, do most of your editing.
Save as XML.
Import the XML into Finale.
